This Privacy Policy explains how Moneyball.win (“Moneyball,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects the limited data you provide.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Moneyball, we collect:

• Account information (email and authentication details)

• CRM opportunity data you choose to share via secure API integration or by securely connecting to spreadsheets via file providers such as Google Drive, Box, or SharePoint. Specifically, we collect only the following fields:

  Deal/Opportunity fields

  • ID – the unique identifier
  • Name or Title
  • Stage
  • Lead Source
  • Service or Product
  • Geographic Region
  • Amount in dollar value
  • Date Created
  • Close Date – expected or actual close date
  • Is Closed – whether closed
  • Is Won – whether won
  • Sales Rep Owner (ID and Name) – the owning sales rep
  • Account ID

  Account fields

  • ID – the unique identifier
  • Name or Title
  • Sales Rep Owner – the owning sales rep
  • Date Created
  • Industry

Important: We do not collect contact information, activity history, notes, details, or any personally identifiable information (PII).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your raw CRM opportunity data solely to:

• Provide the Moneyball analytics, insights, gamification, dashboards, and predictions.
• Enable intra-company comparisons so Members within the same Member Organization can view each other’s statistics.

We do not sell your raw CRM opportunity data to third parties. We do not use it for marketing or profiling.

3. How We Share Your Data

We may share data with our sub-processors (Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Convex — all U.S.-based) who are contractually required to protect it. We may also share data as required by law.

The Member Organization is solely responsible for authorizing access for any Members it invites.

We do not share your raw CRM opportunity data with any third party for their own purposes.

4. Data Storage & Deletion

• Your data is stored in isolated, encrypted databases on Google Cloud (us-central1).
• Upon cancellation, we delete all of the Member Organization’s data as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days.

5. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any “sale” of data (we do not sell data)

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encrypt data before it is written to storage. Each Member Organization’s stored data is protected with organization-specific encryption keys, providing isolation between Member Organizations.

7. Children’s Privacy

Moneyball is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Moneyball after the new Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
